The DEZ SMT Dual Lane PCB Magazine Unloader receives PCBs or assembled boards from a dual-lane SMT production line and transfers them into PCB magazines for storage or the next production process.
Its dual-lane input structure matches production lines that maintain two parallel PCB paths through printing, placement, reflow, inspection or downstream assembly. Automatic magazine indexing and changeover reduce repeated manual collection at the end of the line.
Four machine sizes are available for PCB dimensions up to 530 × 460 mm. The transfer direction, conveyor height, magazine pitch and internal PCB-transfer configuration can be selected according to the production-line layout.
Dual-lane SMT equipment can process or transport PCBs through two parallel board paths. At the end of the production process, both paths require a compatible handling system to collect finished boards without repeatedly stopping the upstream equipment.
The Dual Lane PCB Unloader receives incoming boards, detects the active lane and coordinates the transfer of each PCB into an available magazine slot.
Our engineers will confirm the machine size, transfer mechanism, lane-control sequence, magazine pitch and communication configuration.

The machine must coordinate two production lanes with its internal PCB-transfer and magazine-handling system. Two common mechanical arrangements are available for this equipment type.
Shared Shuttle Conveyor: A movable conveyor or transfer platform receives PCBs from either incoming lane and aligns them with the working magazine.
Separate Transfer Mechanisms: Two push conveyors or transfer mechanisms serve the two incoming lanes separately.

We have worked with
Automatic PCB Collection From Dual-Lane Processes
Collects assembled boards after a reflow oven configured with two PCB transport lanes.
Receives inspected PCBAs from two AOI output lanes and transfers them into magazines.
Supports production lines that preserve two PCB routes through printing, placement and downstream handling.
Reduces repeated manual PCB collection at the end of compatible dual-lane production lines.
Can support changing board sizes and magazine configurations. Simultaneous production of different boards requires a confirmed independent-lane configuration.
Loads PCBAs into magazines before offline testing, inspection, coating or another secondary process.
No. A dual rail PCB conveyor only transfers PCBs between machines. A dual lane unloader removes boards from the production line and stores them in magazines.
This depends on the internal transfer configuration. A machine using separate transfer mechanisms may support a different sequence from one using a shared shuttle conveyor. Confirm the required cycle before quotation.
Independent operation requires suitable motors, sensors, controls and communication signals. It should be specified before production.
This may require separate width adjustment and magazine allocation. Provide the PCB dimensions for both lanes so engineering can confirm compatibility.
The listed pitch settings are 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm. Customer-specified indexing can also be configured.
The current page lists approximately six seconds. This should be described as an approximate PCB transfer cycle, not a guaranteed total dual-lane production cycle.
The listed magazine replacement time is approximately 30 seconds. Actual timing depends on the magazine and machine configuration.
