About DEZ SMT
DEZ SMT manufactures PCB and PCBA cleaning machines, selective soldering systems and specialised equipment for SMT production.
Our core work covers PCB surface cleaning before printing, PCBA cleaning after soldering and controlled selective soldering of through-hole components. Machine Configuration
Standard machines can be configured for different PCB dimensions, stencil frames, cleaning baskets, fixtures, conveyors and production-line directions. Non-standard dimensions and functions are evaluated according to the project.
Production-Line Integration
For inline equipment, DEZ confirms the conveyor height, transfer direction, fixed edge, board clearance, cycle time and connection with upstream and downstream machines.
