The DEZ SMT Dual Rail PCB Conveyor transfers PCBs through two parallel lanes between compatible dual-lane production equipment.
It can be installed between solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, inspection equipment, reflow systems and downstream PCB handling machines. Adjustable conveyor speed, transfer direction, working height and machine length allow the conveyor to match different SMT line layouts.
Available in 500 mm and 1000 mm standard lengths, with customised configurations available for specific PCB dimensions and equipment interfaces.
The Dual Rail PCB Conveyor preserves two parallel board paths as PCBs move from one machine to another.
Unlike a single-lane linking conveyor, it accommodates two simultaneous PCB transport channels within one machine frame. This makes it suitable for SMT lines built around dual-lane printing, placement, inspection or unloading equipment.

The conveyor is primarily used as a linking section between machines that already operate with two PCB transport lanes.
The dual rail structure provides two parallel transport channels aligned with compatible upstream and downstream equipment.
Each channel supports the PCB edges during transfer. The rail positions must be configured according to the board dimensions, available edge clearance and lane arrangement of the surrounding machines.
If two different PCB sizes will run at the same time, this requirement must be provided before quotation so that the rail adjustment and control arrangement can be confirmed.
