The DEZ L-Type PCB Loader automatically feeds bare PCBs from a magazine into an SMT production line. Its L-shaped configuration positions the magazine-handling section at 90 degrees to the outgoing PCB flow, allowing the machine to fit into workshop corners and non-linear production layouts.
Four models are available for PCB sizes from 50 × 80 mm to 530 × 460 mm. The loader supports selectable magazine pitch, pneumatic magazine clamping, left-to-right or right-to-left transfer and SMEMA communication with downstream equipment.

The L-Type PCB Loader is installed at the beginning of an SMT assembly line. It indexes the PCB magazine to the selected slot position and feeds one board at a time towards the downstream machine.
After a PCB leaves the magazine, it moves onto the production line towards equipment such as a PCB cleaning machine, solder paste printer or inspection conveyor. The loader then indexes the magazine to the next occupied slot and repeats the cycle according to the downstream-ready signal.
This automatic sequence replaces repetitive manual board feeding while maintaining a controlled interval between PCB releases.
Process Flow: PCB Magazine → Magazine Indexing → Individual PCB Loading → Downstream SMT Equipment

The L-Type PCB Loader is designed for SMT production lines that require automatic bare-PCB feeding but cannot use a conventional straight-line magazine loader. Its 90-degree equipment arrangement makes it especially useful for corner layouts, compact production areas and customised line configurations.
The loader uses a motor-driven lifting mechanism to align each magazine slot with the PCB transfer height. Selectable pitches of 10, 20, 30 or 40 mm allow the indexing movement to match commonly used magazine slot spacing.
Once the selected slot reaches the loading position, the PCB is fed towards the downstream conveyor. The listed loading cycle is approximately six seconds, although the actual cycle also depends on magazine pitch, PCB length, downstream response and configured operating sequence.
The standard information lists approximately 30 seconds for magazine replacement. This value should be verified using the final magazine size and operating sequence.

Standard selectable pitches are 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm. A customer-specified pitch may also be evaluated.
The listed loading time is approximately six seconds. Actual cycle time depends on PCB length, magazine indexing distance and communication with downstream equipment.
Yes, provided that the conveyor height, transfer direction, PCB orientation, rail width and communication signals match the existing equipment.
The loader removes bare PCBs from a magazine and feeds them into the line. The unloader receives processed PCBs from the line and stores them in magazines.
PCB range, magazine format, conveyor height, transfer direction and machine layout can be reviewed for customisation. A PCB sample, magazine drawing and line layout should be supplied.
