The DEZ SMT Wave Soldering Infeed Conveyor transfers PCBs, PCB assemblies or compatible soldering pallets from an upstream assembly process into a wave soldering machine.
Its chain-type transport structure provides stable edge or pallet support for wave soldering applications. The conveyor speed, working width and transfer height can be adjusted to match the PCB, carrier and wave soldering equipment.
Two standard machine sizes support PCB dimensions up to 530 × 460 mm. Custom conveyor length, width, height and transport structure can be configured according to the production-line layout.
Wave soldering production normally requires a controlled transfer section between manual insertion, PCB assembly or another upstream operation and the wave soldering machine.
The DEZ Wave Soldering Infeed Conveyor receives the PCB or soldering pallet and transports it towards the wave soldering machine at the configured speed, width and height.

An infeed conveyor transfers the assembly into the wave soldering machine. An outfeed conveyor receives the soldered PCBA from the machine and may provide transport, gradient lowering or active cooling.
It may transport compatible bare PCBs, but its main application is transferring assembled PCBs or soldering pallets into a wave soldering process.
