The DEZ-C753S is an automatic inline PCB cleaning machine designed to remove dust, fibres, hair, loose particles and static from both sides of bare PCBs before solder paste printing.
Three cleaning brushes, ionised air, dual vacuum extraction and front-and-rear sticky rollers work together in one continuous process. The machine supports PCBs from 50 × 50 mm to 350 × 350 mm and can be integrated between the PCB loader and solder paste printer.
Dust, fibres, hair and loose particles can reach bare PCB surfaces during storage, handling, unpacking and transfer through the production area. Static electricity can make fine particles more difficult to remove and may cause contamination to return after basic manual cleaning.
When contaminants remain on the PCB before solder paste printing, they can interfere with stencil contact, paste transfer and visual inspection. Manual air blowing may move particles to another area rather than collect them, while a single adhesive roller may not adequately handle every contaminant type.

Cleaning results depend on the contaminant, PCB surface, board design and production environment. Representative PCB testing is recommended before final machine selection.
Fine dust and loose powder can settle on PCB surfaces during storage, transport or handling. Vacuum extraction and sticky rollers collect particles released during the cleaning process.
Fibres and hair may not be removed effectively by airflow alone. Three cleaning brushes provide mechanical contact to loosen these contaminants before vacuum and roller cleaning.
Static electricity can cause fine particles to remain attached to the PCB or return after cleaning. Integrated static elimination helps reduce this attraction during processing.
Manual wiping and air blowing depend heavily on operator technique. Inline cleaning creates a repeatable process without requiring separate manual handling between loading and printing.

Installing the machine after the PCB loader and before the solder paste printer allows every bare PCB to pass through the same cleaning sequence before printing.
Left-to-right and right-to-left conveyor configurations are available. The fixed conveyor edge and production height should be confirmed according to the upstream and downstream equipment.
Important Equipment Distinction
The DEZ-C753S is intended for loose contaminant removal from bare or unpopulated PCBs. It is not designed to remove flux residues or ionic contamination from assembled circuit boards.
