The DEZ-C730 is an offline pneumatic cleaning machine for SMT stencils, steel mesh, copper mesh and compatible silk mesh screens. It uses rotating double-sided spray cleaning, recirculated cleaning liquid, three-stage filtration and compressed-air drying to remove solder paste, flux, rosin and other compatible process residues.
Rotating spray arms clean both sides of the loaded screen, while three-stage filtration removes labels, process residue and fine particles before the cleaning liquid returns to the tank.
Key Parameters
Manual wiping often removes visible solder paste from the stencil surface while leaving residue inside smaller apertures. If this material dries, it restricts solder paste release during the next printing run. The result may be insufficient paste deposits, inconsistent solder volume, incomplete BGA or QFN pad printing and repeated printer stoppages.
The DEZ-C730 addresses this problem by spraying both sides of the stencil at equal pressure. Rotating nozzles force solvent through the openings, removing contamination from the aperture walls as well as the stencil surfaces. This makes it more suitable for complete cleaning after production runs, material changes and long storage periods than manual surface wiping.
For factories that frequently switch between PCB assemblies, the machine also prevents residue from one production order remaining on a stencil before it is stored or reused.
The operator places the stencil securely inside the cleaning chamber and sets the required cleaning and drying times according to the residue level.
After the cycle starts, the rotating nozzles spray both sides of the stencil. Removed solder paste, adhesive and debris enter the filtration system with the used cleaning liquid. The liquid first passes through a 1 mm filter for larger impurities and detached labels, followed by 5 μm and 1 μm filtration for smaller contamination particles.
When cleaning is complete, the machine switches to compressed-air drying. Side-wall airflow removes liquid from the stencil surfaces and apertures. Vapour and drying air are directed through the exhaust port for connection to the factory extraction system.
The stencil can then be inspected, returned to production or stored without being transferred to a separate rinsing or drying machine.

We have worked with

The cleaning and drying functions are powered by an external compressed-air supply. No electrical power is required during normal operation.
No. The C730 uses compatible cleaning solvent followed by compressed-air drying, so it does not require a separate water-rinsing stage.
Yes, but the cleaning liquid must be compatible with the adhesive formulation and stencil material. Sample testing is recommended when the residue is heavily dried or cured.
The cleaning liquid is filtered and recirculated through the machine. Its replacement interval depends on the contamination level, solvent condition and required cleaning standard.
Send the stencil size, material, residue type, minimum aperture, cleaning quantity per shift, current solvent and available compressed-air pressure. DEZ can then confirm whether the C730 provides sufficient capacity and whether sample cleaning is required.
