The DEZ-C1360 is a continuous aqueous cleaning machine for assembled printed circuit boards. PCBAs travel through chemical spray washing, DI-water rinsing and two hot-air drying zones on a SUS316 stainless-steel mesh conveyor. The 500 mm-wide conveyor supports compatible PCB assemblies weighing less than 10 kg. Conveyor speed is adjustable up to 1000 mm/min.
Chemical Wash | DI-Water Rinse | Two Hot-Air Drying Zones
The DEZ-C1360 removes compatible flux residue, ionic contamination and soldering residue from PCBAs after reflow, wave or selective soldering.
PCBAs enter from one end of the machine and pass continuously through separate washing, rinsing and drying sections. Finished assemblies leave the machine without basket loading or transfer between separate cleaning stations.
The C1360 is intended for production where PCBAs must be cleaned continuously instead of being divided into offline batches.

We have worked with

It removes compatible flux residue, solder paste residue, ionic contamination and other soldering residue from assembled circuit boards.
No. It is an inline conveyor machine. PCBAs travel continuously through separate washing, rinsing and drying sections.
Yes, The machine uses multi-directional spray cleaning and upper and lower drying air knives. The actual result depends on component layout, shadowing and access to the contaminated areas.
Yes, provided the board dimensions, component height, weight and underside structures are compatible with the mesh conveyor and spray process.
The standard conveyor is 500 mm wide. The current specification lists a supported product width of 50–500 mm.
Yes. The specified DI-water requirement is above 15 MΩ·cm with an inlet flow of 1 m³/h.
It passes through two hot-air drying zones containing four upper and four lower air knives.
Yes. Conveyor direction, transfer height, interface, production speed and upstream or downstream equipment must be confirmed before manufacturing.
Yes. Automatic liquid feeding is available as an optional configuration.
Yes. Send sample boards, flux information, contamination photographs and cleanliness requirements. DEZ can test the washing, rinsing and drying process using the actual assembly.
Send your PCBA dimensions, maximum component height, product weight, production rate, flux type, cleanliness requirement and line-layout drawing. DEZ will confirm the conveyor configuration, cleaning process, DI-water supply, drainage and exhaust requirements.
