The DEZ-C7320 Inline Dry Ice Cleaning Machine removes flux, dust, oil, grease and production deposits from PCBs, electronic assemblies, moulds and industrial parts.
Compressed air accelerates dry ice particles onto the contaminated surface. The dry ice removes the residue and then sublimates, leaving no cleaning media on the workpiece. Products require no rinsing or hot-air drying and can move directly to inspection, coating, assembly or the next production process.
The machine supports a maximum cleaning area of 400 × 350 mm. Dry ice feed and spray pressure are adjustable for different products and contamination levels.
The DEZ-C7320 removes flux, dust, oil and production residue without using water or chemical cleaning agents.
Dry ice sublimates after impact(dry ice blasting machine), leaving no cleaning medium on the PCB or workpiece. The cleaned product does not require rinsing or hot-air drying and can move directly to inspection or the next production process.
This waterless process reduces liquid ingress risks, eliminates wastewater from the cleaning stage and shortens the time required to return PCBs, moulds and machine parts to production.
Adjustable dry ice feed and spray pressure allow the process to be matched to electronic assemblies, coated parts, metal components and other compatible surfaces.

The PCB or part enters the cleaning area manually or through the configured line-handling system. The machine supplies dry ice from the hopper, mixes it with compressed air and directs it through the selected cleaning nozzle.
| Process | Function | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Product Loading | Position the PCB or part | Contaminated surface enters the cleaning path |
| Dry Ice Feeding | Meter dry ice from the hopper | Stable feed at 0.1–0.6 kg/min |
| Compressed-Air Blasting | Accelerate dry ice particles | Flux, oil and deposits are removed |
| Dry Ice Sublimation | Convert dry ice into gas | No dry ice media remains |
| Contamination Extraction | Collect separated residue | Cleaning chamber remains controlled |
| Product Unloading | Transfer the cleaned product | Ready for inspection or the next process |

We have worked with
Dry ice feed is adjustable from 0.1 to 0.6 kg/min. Actual consumption depends on the cleaning time, contamination and selected feed rate.
The machine requires 0.1–0.8 MPa pressure and approximately 0.5–4.0 m³/min airflow. Compressor capacity should be selected according to the planned operating pressure.
Check the nozzle angle, working distance, dry ice feed and spray pressure. The nozzle path must maintain consistent coverage across the contaminated area.
Check the dry ice condition, hopper, feed hose and nozzle. Moisture or partially sublimated dry ice can restrict the feed path.
The feed rate may be higher than required, the nozzle may be too far from the workpiece or dry ice may continue spraying between products. Optimise the cleaning path and reduce idle spraying.
Dry ice lowers the surface temperature. Control workshop humidity and allow the product temperature to stabilise before testing or packaging.
The extraction airflow may be insufficient, or the filter and collection path may require cleaning. Check the extraction system before continuing production.
Store dry ice in an approved insulated and ventilated container near the machine. Do not store it in a sealed container.
Inspect them when the feed becomes unstable, cleaning width changes or dry ice consumption increases. Remove moisture and blockage according to the maintenance procedure.
Different products require different dry ice feed, pressure, nozzle and working distance. Save or document the approved settings for each PCB, mould or component.
Yes. Provide the transfer direction, line height, cycle time and communication requirements before confirming the inline configuration.
Yes. Send representative PCBs, moulds or industrial parts with their actual contamination. DEZ can test the process before machine configuration.
