PCB cleaning requirements differ according to whether the board is bare or already assembled.
The DEZ PCB cleaning machine range removes dust, fibres and loose particles from bare PCB surfaces before solder paste printing. The DEZ-C753S combines brushes, ionised air, vacuum extraction and tacky rollers for double-sided surface cleaning.
For assembled boards after reflow, wave or selective soldering, the DEZ PCBA cleaning machine range includes:
Bring information about the PCBA dimensions, contamination, flux, required cleanliness, production volume and available utilities. DEZ can then determine whether brush cleaning, offline batch cleaning or inline aqueous cleaning matches the process.
The DEZ selective soldering machine range applies flux, controls preheating and solders specified THT joints with mini-wave nozzles.
Offline systems support independent production cells, high-mix PCBAs and operator loading. Inline systems connect with upstream and downstream equipment for automatic carrier transfer and continuous production.

The DEZ SMT stencil cleaning machines remove compatible solder paste, red glue and flux residue from stencil surfaces and apertures.
