DEZ SMT concluded NEPCON ASIA 2026 with equipment enquiries, direct machine orders and distributor interest from customers across multiple countries.
ByadminDEZ SMT completed a successful three-day exhibition at NEPCON ASIA 2026, held from October 27 to 29 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an).
The exhibition brought together electronics manufacturers, EMS providers, equipment integrators and international buyers looking for practical solutions for PCB assembly, cleaning and production automation.
Across the event, several DEZ product lines received detailed technical enquiries. Some discussions progressed directly to equipment orders, while visitors from multiple countries expressed interest in becoming DEZ distributors or sales agents in their local markets.
Many visitors were not simply comparing machine prices. They brought actual production problems involving flux residue, production capacity, PCBA dimensions, cleaning requirements and line integration.
These discussions allowed the DEZ team to evaluate each project according to the workpiece and process. Equipment selection was based on the contamination type, required throughput, factory utilities and whether the customer needed an offline or continuous inline process.
Several visitors confirmed their purchasing requirements during the exhibition and placed orders after discussing the appropriate equipment configuration.
One of the main exhibits was the DEZ-C1360 inline water-based PCBA cleaning machine.
The C1360 transfers assembled circuit boards continuously through chemical spray washing, DI-water rinsing and two hot-air drying zones. It is intended for factories that need PCBAs to move through a controlled aqueous cleaning process without separating production into offline cleaning batches.
Visitors discussed the machine for removing compatible flux residue and soldering contamination after reflow, wave or selective soldering. The conversations focused on actual PCBA size, flux type, production rate, cleanliness requirement and connection with upstream or downstream equipment.
Face-to-face discussion helped customers move more quickly from a general equipment enquiry to a defined project.
Instead of selecting a machine only from a catalogue, visitors could examine the machine structure, conveyor layout, cleaning sections and controls at the booth. The DEZ team then discussed whether the equipment matched the customer’s PCBAs, production rate and factory conditions.
This practical evaluation resulted in orders for multiple DEZ machines during the exhibition. Other projects moved into the next stage of sample testing, configuration review or quotation.
The exhibition also created new opportunities beyond individual machine projects.
Visitors from several countries asked about representing DEZ equipment in their own markets. These discussions covered local customer development, technical communication, equipment selection and after-sales service capability.
DEZ is developing its international partner network for PCB and PCBA cleaning equipment, selective soldering machines and supporting SMT equipment. Companies already serving electronics manufacturers, EMS factories or SMT production lines can review the DEZ distributor and sales-agent programme.
The end of NEPCON ASIA 2026 is the start of the next project stage.
For equipment buyers, DEZ will continue confirming workpiece dimensions, contamination, capacity, utilities and required configuration. Where necessary, customers can send representative samples, photographs or line-layout drawings for further evaluation.
For prospective distributors, the next step is to confirm the target market, current customer base, product categories of interest and local technical service capability.
