The DEZ-CS300 produces deionized water for aqueous PCBA cleaning and other industrial rinsing processes. It combines reverse osmosis and mixed-bed deionization inside one enclosed cabinet. The standard system produces up to 300 kg of DI water per hour when the incoming municipal water conductivity is below 500 μS/cm.
300 kg/h DI-Water Output | RO and Mixed-Bed Purification | Integrated Cabinet
Water used during the final rinsing stage can leave dissolved minerals and ionic material on the assembly after drying. The CS300 removes dissolved ions from the incoming water before supplying it to compatible cleaning equipment.
It is designed as a supporting water-treatment system for offline and inline aqueous PCBA cleaning processes.

The CS300 can supply DI rinse water to compatible offline batch cleaners. Required water quality, flow rate and storage capacity can be configured according to the cleaning cycle.
Inline cleaning machines require a continuous supply of DI water during rinsing. The CS300 can be integrated when its production capacity meets the cleaner’s water-consumption requirements.
The system can provide deionized water for electronics cleaning, component rinsing and other industrial washing processes requiring water within the specified resistivity range.
The DEZ-CS300 uses a four-stage water-treatment process to remove dissolved salts and remaining ions before supplying DI water to the connected process.
Water-treatment components and electrical controls are installed inside a floor-standing stainless-steel cabinet. Front access doors allow convenient access to internal filters, pumps and pipework.
The RO stage removes most dissolved salts and impurities from incoming municipal water before final deionization. The standard production specification is based on incoming water conductivity below 500 μS/cm.
The mixed-bed unit removes remaining positively and negatively charged ions after reverse osmosis. Standard output resistivity is specified at 2–10 MΩ·cm.
Front-mounted pressure gauges display operating pressure at different points in the water-treatment system, allowing operators to check system conditions without opening the cabinet.
Front-mounted flow meters display water movement through the purification system, providing a direct view of operating flow during production.
The control panel operates the pumps and water-treatment stages. Indicator lights show the current machine status, while panel controls provide access to system operation.
Pumps, filters, the mixed-bed unit and connecting pipework are housed inside the cabinet. Front doors provide access for filter replacement, resin servicing and pipe inspection.

We have worked with

It produces DI water for compatible PCBA cleaning machines and other industrial rinsing processes.
The rated output is 300 kg/h when the incoming municipal water conductivity is below 500 μS/cm.
The standard specification lists an output resistivity of 2–10 MΩ·cm.
The standard configuration is based on municipal water with conductivity below 500 μS/cm, a supply flow above 1.5 t/h and pressure between 0.30 and 0.40 MPa.
It combines reverse osmosis with mixed-bed deionization. RO removes most dissolved material before the mixed bed removes the remaining ions.
The specified RO operating recovery rate is 45–50%. When suitable purified water is supplied directly without using the RO stage, the stated recovery rate is above 90%.
It can supply compatible cleaning equipment, but the required resistivity, hourly consumption, peak flow, storage tank and connection method must first be confirmed.
That depends on the cleaning machine’s instantaneous water consumption and operating cycle. A storage tank may be required when peak demand is higher than the CS300’s real-time production rate.
Provide the raw-water conductivity, water pressure, available flow, required DI-water resistivity, hourly consumption and connected cleaning-machine model.
Send your raw-water report, required DI-water quality, hourly consumption and cleaning-machine model. DEZ will confirm the water-treatment process, tank arrangement and connection requirements.
